Will any of my electronics break if I allow them to go through the airport security scanner?

Well, my flight is only three days away. I am bringing my Kindle and a Dvd player. They, of course, will be in my carry-on bag and like all bags will go throught the security scanner before my flight. Two questions. Will I have to take these out so they will not break? Will they break at all? Please, I need answers by the 6/26 because my flight is the next day at 9 o'clock.
