What exactly do I do when my computer has more viruses than a streetwalker?

Hello. At your current position. it will be better to re install windows itself, by doing this your computer will be like if it were new (literally). i suggest this method because viruses are very hard to remove, and your computer will no be the same.. the negative part of this method is that u will lost everything that u have in your computer.( you can save the most important things for you in a usb drive or such) hope it helps you.
