What should i do in this situation?

I've like this guy for a while.. I'm dont really talk about this much but its becoming a problem to me lately. We are friends, but since im kinda shy we havent talked much.. i only see him at church activities (dances) once every month but sometimes at a friends house cause we have some friends in common... Hes had a girlfriend ever since october, but shes leaving for college in Hawaii in a few weeks and he is going to be a senior next year. But everytime ive seen him ever since we met 2 years back he has never came up to me and asked me to dance, he has just stared over at me even when hes dancing with some other girl. And just last saturday he acted a bit more strange than usual. Him and two of his friends kept huddling together and i was with my friend and i could see it out of the corner of my eye they seemed to be looking at my direction. I would be talking to one of his friends and then he would come over and then once he realizes im there he doesnt stay long i think he tries to avoid making eye contact with me i dont know.. And this happened alot before. On his facebook he just has a ton of pictures of him and his girlfriend though and they seem to like eachother alot.. but i guess its just me i dont know im really shy so i dont know what to do...
