If that true would it be ok because this is what i usually eat i don't wake up till like 12 so when i get up all i have is milk and toast or baguette and trust me i don't really get hungry till like 6 or 7 just from that and i'll have like fries, usually have fries like 4 to 6 times a week max so if i'm burning more calories would i be losing weight and love huddles??
