Isn't it crazy how you can't even kiss in public in Dubai!?

I was kissing my boyfriend in a a shopping mall, and the security guard just walk over and said "la, la, la" which means no no no in English. Isn't that crazy? I thought Dubai wasnt this strict! But it's gorgeous and lovely to visit. Especially Abu Dhabi!
