Baby bunnies found? Please help!?

Today we found a liter of baby bunnies in our yard. We lifted up a chair that had fallen, and the mom left and will not return. I am not sure how old the bunnies are. Their eyes are open, they have all their hair, and they can hop around, but they stay in a little huddle and sleep (8 of them). I have doe research and know that the mom will not return, so I am wondering if the babies will survive? What should I do with them? I have raised litters of bunnies before, but they were bunnies that my PET bunny had, not a wild one.
