Are these puppies dehydrated?

So before ANYONE JUDGES me for asking this question. These puppies are orphans and I am attempting to save them. They are 1 week old, I have been bottle feeding them since day 2, Unfortunately the mother has passed away to unknown reasons (waiting to hear back from the vet). Anyway most of them are eating fine, but I noticed a few of there mouths getting a bit dry. I'm not sure if its from being a bit dehydrated or because they sleep with there tongues out. Anyway They are fed every 2 hours, they are kept warm , clean and I help them urinate etc. There pee seems normal and clear, no weird or fowel smells. I've been giving them a bit of pedialite here and there as my vet suggested. Also, after they eat they huddle back up together and make weird noises, not crys just wimpers and then they fall fast asleep. There poo is yellow with bird seed looking things in it. Is this all normal , and am I doing everything right?
